Why atmospheric Oxygen not catching fire when anywhere spark there?

20170310192612We know that oxygen require for fire.Now the question is that if there is spark anywhere in atmosphere why oxygen not catching fire?

Let answer it.

A fire requires three things: oxygen, fuel and heat.There is heat supply by spark, oxygen also present but there is no fuel so there is no FIRE. Fire extinguisher work on this principle, the foam from extinguisher cut the supply of oxygen and Fire will defuse.
